Family Management and Financial Management:
The Art of Keeping Balance
On Sunday, February 15, 2015, Mesila presented an evening of informative and inspiring lectures in Beitar Illit, on the topic of financial management for families.
Rabbi Yaakov Friedman, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Bircas Mordechai,
brought and discussed many Torah sources that support the importance of living responsibly with money in our generation.
Rabbi Zecharya Greenwald, minahel of Meohr Bais Yaakov, stressed the need to keep our families in balance by being financially responsible while not compromising our religious priorities and way of life.
Rabbi Eliezer Carmel, senior Mesila lecturer, explained the Mesila philosophy and outlined the beneficial services that Mesila has to offer.
The evening, held at Kehillas Ohel Torah, concluded with a lively round of applause and much interest
in local follow-up workshops and family counseling offered in the neighborhood.
